Our Platform is designed and developed to meet or exceed the requirements of:

• WCAG 2.1 Level AA — the internationally recognized standard for web accessibility
• Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) — Ontario's accessibility legislation, including the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR)
• Canadian Human Rights Act — ensuring equal access regardless of disability

We have implemented the following features to make our Platform accessible:

• Full keyboard navigation across all interactive elements
• Skip-to-content links for efficient navigation
• Screen reader compatibility with ARIA labels and landmarks
• Sufficient colour contrast ratios meeting WCAG AA standards
• Responsive design that works across devices, screen sizes, and orientations
• Focus indicators visible on all interactive elements
• Support for browser text resizing up to 200%
• Reduced motion support for users who prefer minimized animations
• Form fields with clear labels, error messages, and descriptive instructions

While we strive for full accessibility, some areas may have temporary limitations:

• Third-party embedded content (e.g., Google Maps) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards
• Some legacy PDF documents may not be fully screen-reader accessible
