Yes, iSeeWell is completely free for patients. There are no booking fees or hidden charges. You pay the clinic directly for your eye exam, and most clinics accept direct insurance billing, making the process simple and convenient.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact the clinic directly. Their phone number and contact details are available on their iSeeWell clinic page. Reach out as soon as you need to change your appointment.
Some clinics also enable iSeeWell's self-rescheduling feature. If available, you can use the reschedule button in your confirmation or reminder email to select a new date and time based on the clinic's real-time availability.

- What counts as a booking request?
- A patient submits an eye exam request with their contact details and preferred time. You review and confirm it in your portal.
- When am I charged?
- Listing is free. Your $399 CAD/month subscription starts after onboarding when you go live.
- What if the patient no-shows?
- No extra charge. Your monthly subscription covers unlimited booking requests. No-shows are managed in your schedule like any other appointment.
- What if we reject a request?
- No per-request fee. If you decline a request, you are not charged anything extra — it simply is not converted to an appointment.
- Can I cancel?
- Cancel anytime from your clinic portal or by contacting support. Billing stops at the end of your current billing period — no cancellation fees.
To join iSeeWell, click the "List Your Clinic" button in the header or use the listing form in the website footer to submit your clinic information. Our team will review your submission and contact you to complete the listing process.
If your clinic is already listed, you can use the "Claim Clinic" button on your clinic's profile page and fill out the form. We'll review your request and reach out to verify ownership.
