Finally, complete a quick 30-second booking form with your contact information. You'll receive confirmation promptly.

Yes, iSeeWell is completely free for patients. There are no booking fees or hidden charges. You pay the clinic directly for your eye exam, and most clinics accept direct insurance billing, making the process simple and convenient.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact the clinic directly. Their phone number and contact details are available on their iSeeWell clinic page. Since cancellation policies may vary by clinic, it's best to reach out as soon as you know you need to make a change.

Some clinics also enable iSeeWell's self-rescheduling feature. If available, you can use the reschedule button in your confirmation or reminder email to select a new date and time based on the clinic's real-time availability.

Please note that this feature is optional and may not be enabled by all clinics.

No, you do not need to create an account to book an appointment. You can complete your booking without signing up. Simply select your preferred date and time, then provide your name, email, and phone number in the booking form to confirm your appointment.

To join iSeeWell, click the "List Your Clinic" button in the header or use the listing form in the website footer to submit your clinic information. Our team will review your submission and contact you to complete the listing process.

If your clinic is already listed, you can use the "Claim Clinic" button on your clinic's profile page and fill out the form. We'll review your request and reach out to verify ownership.

Yes, listing your clinic on iSeeWell is free. However, we're more than just a directory platform. iSeeWell helps clinics increase visibility, attract more patients, and improve workflow efficiency.

We provide a dedicated Clinic Portal, accessible via any web browser, as well as the iSeeWell for Clinics app available on Android and iOS.

To access advanced features and patient acquisition tools, we offer two flexible pricing options:

  • Pay-Per-Lead Plan - You only pay for the qualified patient leads you receive.
  • Fixed Monthly Plan - A predictable monthly fee that includes patient leads.

For added protection, if you are on the Pay-Per-Lead plan and your total lead charges reach the equivalent of the Fixed Monthly Plan price, your billing will automatically cap at that fixed amount for the month. This ensures you never pay more than the monthly plan rate.
