1. Agreement
By using iSeeWell in the United States you agree to these Terms and the United States Privacy Notice at /united-states/privacy. iSeeWell is operated by 16841082 Canada Inc.
These terms do not create a US corporation named iSeeWell Inc.
2. The service
iSeeWell lists independent optometry clinics and helps you request or book an eye exam. We are not a healthcare provider and do not give medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Clinics set their own fees, hours, insurance participation, and cancellation rules. Confirm coverage with the clinic. iSeeWell does not promise Medicare or Medicaid acceptance.
3. Bookings
Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment. The clinic confirms or declines. You authorize us to share the details you enter, including any visit reason, with that clinic.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. The clinic, not iSeeWell, provides the eye exam.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the Platform only for lawful personal booking and clinic discovery. You may not scrape, overload, or interfere with the service, or submit false or another person's information without authority.
5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Platform is provided as is. Clinic listings, hours, prices, and availability can change. These Terms are an agreement with 16841082 Canada Inc.
6. Changes and contact
