United States Privacy Notice

When you request an appointment we collect your name, phone number, optional email, preferred date and time, contact preference, and any visit reason you type. Visit reasons can include health-related information.

We also collect technical data such as device and browser type, IP-derived region, and cookie identifiers as described in the United States Cookie Notice at /united-states/cookie.

We use personal information to send your request to the independent clinic you selected, confirm or update the visit, send transactional SMS or email you asked for, operate and secure the Platform, and improve the service.

We do not use visit reasons for advertising. Analytics cookies load only after you consent.

We share the booking details you enter, including any visit reason, with the clinic you selected so it can confirm the visit.

Service providers (hosting, messaging, and analytics after consent) process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

In the last 12 months we may have collected identifiers (name, phone, email), internet or device data (IP-derived region, browser, cookie IDs), and health-related information you type as a visit reason.

We collect this information from you and from your device. We disclose identifiers and visit reasons to the clinic you chose, and identifiers and device data to service providers.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA may give you the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain sharing of personal information, to limit use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Other US states may grant similar rights.

A visit reason can be sensitive personal information. We use it only to route your request to the clinic you selected.

To make a request, email contact@iseewell.com. We will verify your identity before fulfilling a request. You may use an authorized agent. If we deny a request, you may ask us to reconsider by emailing the same address.

iSeeWell is a marketplace that routes booking requests to independent clinics. This notice is not a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

We keep booking and contact information for as long as needed to complete the request, support the clinic and patient, and meet legal or security obligations. Audit logs are kept for a configurable period (default 90 days). When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

We use technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and staff access limited to what is needed to operate the Platform. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

iSeeWell is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, email contact@iseewell.com and we will delete it.

16841082 Canada Inc. operates iSeeWell from Canada. Personal information you submit in the United States may be stored or processed in Canada and the United States by us and our service providers. Those countries may have different privacy laws than your state.

We will update the "last updated" date when this notice changes. Material changes will be posted on this page before they take effect.
